DRILL Mentoring

Mentoring is a method which works on a principle of passing of experience and technical and relationship know-how between the mentor and his junior colleague (mentee). In the case of a corporate mentoring, it is often the case of new employees or employees starting in new positions initiated into the professional issues and corporate functioning by more experienced colleagues (mentors), in line with the long-term corporate strategy and set goals.

The building stones of mentoring are:

  • Leadership and advice.
  • Passing on of contacts and useful information.
  • Discussion about strategy of success and career planning.

DRILL offers experienced mentors or, if need be, we can assist you in defining the competencies and identification of suitable internal mentors. We will teach your mentors how to build the right relationship; what are the mentoring rules and how to pass information and experience in a suitable way.
