DRILL Skills for Working Effectively
Each employee plays an important role when achieving the corporate goals and strategies. In order for every employee to be able to contribute to achieving these goals, they have to do their work effectively; for doing so, they need – in addition to the hard (technical) skills – also the specific, so called soft skills.
DRILL offers trainings designed to develop the soft skills leading to improving the work efficiency. These trainings develop the basic soft skills, such as communication, presentation, stress handling, time management, assertiveness etc., as well as the more advanced ones, such as etiquette, personal marketing or creativity.
