In case that he or she is a suitable candidate for a current search position and will be employed in the position (i.e., an Employment Contract for a full-time employment between this candidate and the client of DRILL will be concluded), you will receive 400 EUR for your help in facilitating the placement.

The terms of this public promise in terms of 2884 and following, of the Act Nr. 89/2012, Coll., Civil Code, as amended:  

• The reward will be paid within 10 working days upon the expiry of the guarantee period agreed between DRILL and its client (usually 3-6 months).
• No entitlement for the reward arises if more than 12 months have elapsed between the day the candidate had been recommended and the date the employment relationship between this candidate and a client of DRILL had been concluded.  
• DRILL reserves the right to withdraw this public promise; in such case, the entitlements of its participants arisen during the validity of this public promise remain unaffected.
